| Abstract: | UA: Аналізується законодавство України про розвиток та охорону прав об’єктів інтелектуальної власності на наукові відкриття. Розглядаються історико-правові
дослідження проблем правового регулювання відносин, пов’язаних з науковими відкриттями в Україні. Внесені пропозиції щодо подальшого вдосконалення національного законодавства щодо нетрадиційних об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. EN: The article deals with the analysis of Ukrainian legislation regarding the promotion and protection of intellectual property related to the scientific discoveries. It describes the research problems of legal regulation of relations connected with scientific discoveries in Ukraine from historical and legal points of view. Made proposals for further improvement of national legislation related to non-traditional objects of intellectual property, such as scientific discovery. |
