| Abstract: | UA: Основним критерієм класифікації юридичних гарантій у сфері праці є форма їх виразу та цільового закріплення у відповідних нормативно-правових актах. Доведено, що наявність розгалуженої і динамічної системи загальних і спеціальних юридичних гарантій допомагає громадянам вільно знайти найбільш ефективну для себе роботу з урахуванням особистих можливостей, успішно розвивати свої спроможності щодо реалізації конституційного права на працю. EN: The main criterion for the classification of legal guarantees in the field of labor is the form of their expression and targeted consolidation in the relevant regulatory legal acts. It is proved that the existence of an extensive and dynamic system of general and special legal guarantees helps citizens to freely find the most effective work for themselves, taking into account personal opportunities, to successfully develop their abilities to realize the constitutional right to work. |
