Оцінка інтелектуального капіталу вагонного депо

Abstract

UA: В статті отримала подальший розвиток методика оцінки рівня інтелектуального капіталу вагонного депо. Система показників його оцінки доповнена показником забезпечення працівниками з вищою освітою на відповідних посадах. Це дозволить більш точно оцінити людський капітал депо (одну з трьох складових його інтелектуального капіталу). Виконані розрахунки рівня інтелектуального капіталу Миколаївського вагонного депо за 2015 – 2017 роки, проаналізовано причини його зміни, надані рекомендації по його підвищенню. EN: One of the major constituent parts of the railway transport is a carriage department, which provides safe and quality transportations with freight and passenger carriages and forms such quality parameters of a transport service as rhythm, reliability, safety, timeliness and others like that. Therefore a timely task is searching of ways of i development intellectual capital of carriage department and wagon depots as well, for what it is necessary to create proper scientifically-methodical base. An intellectual capital of the railway transport is a constituent part of its capital, not having material form and contributing to the increasing its competitiveness, and consisting of human capital and structural capital (which includes an organizational and consumer capitals). There are many methods of estimation enterprise”s level of intellectual capital in scientific literature, but among them there is no method of estimation wagon depot”s level of intellectual capital, only the method of estimation locomotive depot”s level of intellectual capital by Nazarenko Iryna.
