Удосконалення мотивації праці у зв’язку з впровадженням швидкісного та високошвидкісного руху

Abstract

UA: Розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення мотивації праці у зв’язку з впровадженням швидкісного та високошвидкісного руху на залізничному транспорті України. Розроблено модель мотивації праці на залізничному транспорті України. Доведено, що необхідність розробки нової системи оплати праці окремих категорій працівників на залізничному транспорті України, залежить від підвищення ефективності його роботи. Розробленні авторами пропозиції є науковою новизною. EN: Proposals for improving the motivation of work in connection with the introduction of high-speed and high-speed traffic on the railway transport of Ukraine are developed. The model of labor motivation on the railway transport of Ukraine is developed. It is proved that the necessity of developing a new system of remuneration for certain categories of workers in the railway transport of Ukraine depends on increasing the efficiency of its work. Developed by the authors of the proposal is a scientific novelty. Due to the introduction of high-speed and high-speed passenger traffic on the railways of Ukraine, the conditions and stimulation of workers' work are significantly changing. Highspeed and high-speed passenger traffic on Ukrainian railways should be provided by skilled workers. As the volumes of transportation decreased considerably due to political and economic conditions, the existing level of railroad wages makes it difficult for the sector to be trained by skilled workers. Railway enterprises are in dire need of locksmiths for repairing high-speed and high-speed rolling stock, toasters, welders, millers, train assemblies, railroad monitors, masters, managers of the middle management, etc.
