Ресурсний потенціал підприємств залізничного транспорту: сутність та ключові складові

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено визначення ресурсного потенціалу та подано систематизацію підходів до класифікації його видів. Розкрито специфіку діяльності підприємств залізничного транспорту, що дозволило сформулювати авторське бачення категорії «ресурсний потенціал підприємств залізничного транспорту». Обґрунтовано та надано характеристику складових ресурсного потенціалу підприємств галузі. Встановлено заходи щодо залучення та забезпечення раціонального використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємств галузі задля підтримки їх життєздатності і забезпечення сталого зростання.

EN: The article determines that the stable economic growth of railway transport enterprises in the conditions of full-scale military aggression and the resulting stagnation of the Ukrainian economy is possible only through the mobilization and rational use of the resource potential of the enterprises of the industry. Based on the study of approaches to the interpretation of the essence of «resource potential», it was determined that, firstly, most scientists associate resource potential with available and hidden resources, the only difference is in the structuring of those types of resources that form its basis, and, secondly, the discrepancy views consist mainly in reflecting the functional purpose of the resource potential. A systematization of approaches to the classification of types of resource potential is presented. The specifics of the activity of railway transport enterprises were determined, which made it possible to formulate the author's understanding of the category «resource potential of railway transport enterprises» from the point of view of the totality of all types of resources and opportunities available and attracted from the outside, which form the ability of railway enterprises to provide passenger and cargo transportation services and maintain their own competitiveness in the transport market. The components of the resource potential of railway transport enterprises are substantiated, of which the material, technicaltechnological, personnel, financial-investment, innovation, information, organizationalmanagement, environmental and social components are identified as key. A description of the components of the resource potential of railway transport enterprises is given. Measures have been established to attract and ensure rational use of the resource potential of industry enterprises in order to support their viability and ensure sustainable growth.
