Теоретичні основи ресурсозбереження на підприємствах залізничного транспорту України

Abstract

UA: В статті вивчено підходи до визначення змісту категорії «ресурсозбереження». На основі цього запропоновано ресурсозбереження на підприємствах залізничного транспорту розглядати з точки зору процесу впровадження організаційно-управлінських, техніко-технологічних та інформаційних заходів, спрямованих на скорочення рівня використання всіх видів ресурсів. Ґрунтуючись на аналізі рівня енергоємності регіональних філій ПАТ «Укрзалізниця» за період 2012-2016 роки, визначено заходи організаційно-управлінського, технікотехнологічного та інформаційного характеру, спрямовані на активізацію політики ресурсозбереження на підприємствах залізничного транспорту України. EN: The article examines approaches to the definition of the content of the category "resource conservation". It has been established that resource conservation combines organizational, technical and technical, information measures to ensure the rational use of resources and improve the quality of products (services), the efficiency of the operation of enterprises. On the basis of this, it is suggested that resource conservation in railway transport enterprises should be considered from the point of view of the implementation process of organizational and managerial, technical and technological and information measures aimed at reducing the level of use of all types of resources. It is determined that the railway transport of Ukraine is one of the most resource-consuming sectors of the economy, which consumes huge amounts of electricity and fuel annually.
