Розвиток технологій управління трудовим потенціалом підприємств

Abstract

UA: В статті досліджено підходи до визначення і сутністно-змістовну характеристику поняття «трудовий потенціал підприємства». Визначено, що характерними рисами трудового потенціалу підприємства як об'єкта управління є: комплексне відображення якісних характеристик персоналу; врахування потенціальних можливостей; залежність від сукупності умов, які забезпечують його реалізацію; здатність утворювати нову якість, що виникає при цільовому з'єднанні індивідів і колективів в ході їх трудової взаємодії. Розкрито елементи системи управління трудовим потенціалом, зроблено висновок про необхідність модернізація технологій управління у зв’язку з значним впливом зовнішніх факторів та їх динамічною зміною. Виявлені актуальні тренди реформування технологій управління трудовим потенціалом та систематизовано перспективні для вітчизняних підприємств інноваційні технології управління трудовим потенціалом за такими напрямками: технології формування персоналу; технології поточної роботи з персоналом; технології оцінки і контролю персоналу; технології позикової праці та вивільнення персоналу; технології навчання і розвитку персоналу. EN: The article investigates the approaches to the definition and substantive characteristics of the concept of "personnel potential of the enterprise". It is determined that the characteristic features of the personnel potential of the enterprise as object of management is: a comprehensive display of qualitative characteristics of the staff; consideration of the potential possibilities; dependence on a set of conditions that ensure its implementation; ability to form a new quality, which occurs when the target connection of individuals and groups during their work interaction. The elements of the personnel potential management system are revealed, the conclusion is made about the need for modernization of management technologies due to the significant influence of external factors and their dynamic change. It was found that the mechanism of personnel potential management of the enterprise is always a complex and dynamic process. Its elements have to be reformed all the time, as both the external environment in which the business operates and the internal corporate environment change.
