Концепція сталого розвитку: екологічний і моральний імперативи

Abstract

UA: У статті, на підставі розглянутих якісних кризових змін в екосистемі планети Земля, аргументується необхідність переходу до сталого розвитку, як нового шляху цивілізаційного розвитку, заснованого на радикальній зміні цінностей і цілей сучасного суспільства. Авторами теоретично обґрунтовано, що сталий розвиток - це шлях розвитку людської цивілізації, в основі якого закладено слідування загальнолюдським цінностям, що дозволяє зберігати розвиток системи «природа-суспільство-людина» в цілому. Обґрунтовується положення про те, що в цілому перехід від природи до моральності є, з одного боку, визначальною умовою самозбереження людини шляхом збереження середовища життя, з іншого боку, основним законом розвитку людського суспільства.

EN: The article analyzes the strategies for saving the natural environment of mankind, examines the features of anthropocentrism and the basic characteristics of the ecocentric worldview. Particular attention is paid to the characterization of the ecological imperative, which includes a set of rules and limitations of human activity, a system of prohibitions, observing which humanity can secure its future Based on the considered qualitative crisis changes in the ecosystem of the planet Earth, the necessity of transition to sustainable development as a new way of civilizational development based on a radical change in the values and goals of modern society is argued. Authors theoretically justified that sustainable development is a way of development of human civilization, which is based on following universal human values, which allows preserving the development of the system "nature-society-man" as a whole. The main directions of the process of introducing the ecological imperative are revealed, the relationship between the implementation of the ecological imperative and the process of introducing the moral imperative is shown. The author substantiates the proposition that, on the whole, the transition from nature to morality is, on the one hand, the determining condition for the self-preservation of man by preserving the environment of life, on the other hand, the basic law of the development of human society.
