Стан і перспективи розвитку IT сфери в Україні в період війни

Abstract

UA: У цій статті ми дослідили стан і перспективи розвитку IT галузі в Україні в період війни. Незважаючи на те, що український IT-сектор є єдиною прибутковою галуззю в даний час, він зазнає серйозних труднощів. Так, середньорічний темп зростання галузі сповільнився з 26,8% (за період 2015 - 2021 рр.) до 5,8% у 2022 році, тобто, у 4,6 рази. Для того, щоб точніше визначити перспективи розвитку IT сектору в Україні в період війни, ми виконали стратегічний аналіз його переваг та недоліків за допомогою методики SWOT-аналізу. Результати SWOT-аналізу свідчать, що основними загрозами галузі є політична, правова та економічна нестабільність, обмежені ресурси та зменшення зовнішніх інвестицій, загрози кібербезпеці. Разом з тим, навіть у період війни IT–галузь має певні можливості розвитку, а саме: розширення міжнародних партнерств, розвиток локального ринку, державна підтримка, розширення спектру послуг.

EN: In this paper, we investigated the state and prospects for the development of the IT industry in Ukraine during the war. Despite the fact that the Ukrainian IT sector is the only profitable industry at the moment, it is experiencing serious difficulties. Thus, the average annual growth rate of the industry slowed down from 26.8% (for the period 2015 - 2021) to 5.8% in 2022, that is, by 4.6 times. In order to more accurately determine the prospects for the development of the IT sector in Ukraine during the war, we performed a strategic analysis of its advantages and disadvantages using the SWOT analysis method. The results of the SWOT analysis indicate that the main threats to the industry are political, legal and economic instability, limited resources and a decrease in external investments, threats to cyber security. At the same time, even during the war, the IT industry has certain opportunities for development, namely: the expansion of international partnerships, the development of the local market, state support, and the expansion of the range of services.
