Стратегічні ініціативи розвитку залізничного транспорту України

Abstract

UA: У статті доведено виключну роль стратегічного управління в процесі забезпечення техніко-технологічного розвитку залізничного транспорту України. Відзначено, що наразі своєчасно сформовані та реалізовані стратегічні ініціативи є дієвим інструментом реалізації стратегії. Обґрунтовано, що стратегічні ініціативи доцільно формувати відповідно до загальнокорпоративних складових та в напрямках, що відповідають імперативам розвитку світової економіки, ключовими з яких є: інноваційна, енергетична, соціальна, інвестиційна, екологічна складова та складова міжнародної співпраці і експорту транспортних послуг.

EN: The article proves the exclusive role of strategic management in the process of ensuring technical and technological development of railway transport of Ukraine. It has been proven that currently timely formed and implemented strategic initiatives are an effective tool for strategy implementation. It is expedient to form strategic initiatives in accordance with general corporate components and in directions that correspond to the imperatives of the development of the world economy, currently they are: innovative, energy, social, investment, environmental component and component of international cooperation and export of transport services. For the innovative component: ensure highly intelligent development of railway transport; to improve the quality of passenger and cargo transportation based on highly intelligent development; to ensure innovative and technological leadership of railway transport; to ensure effective use of the intellectual potential of the industry; to form an intra-corporate system of creation, commercialization and implementation of intellectual property objects. For the component of international cooperation and export of transport services: expand the presence of the domestic industry in global logistics chains; expand participation in the implementation of international infrastructure projects for the development of railway transport; ensure integration into the global transport and logistics system; to improve the quality of business processes in the international market of transport services.
