Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена аналізу проблем міжнародної логістики. Особливість міжнародної логістики полягає в тому, що виробник і споживач продукції знаходяться в різних державах і тому логістичний ланцюг поставок формується з урахуванням проходження державних кордонів і митниць. Одна з характерних складнощів, в зв'язку з наявністю якої міжнародна логістика значно відрізняється від внутрішньої, - це пролонгація функціональних циклів, які можуть вимірюватися тижнями і місяцями. Визначено, що ряд проблем може бути подоланий адміністративними узгодженнями, інші - вирішені в результаті реалізації таких великих договірних ініціатив, міждержавних угод, як створення і поширення митних союзів.

EN: The article is devoted to the analysis of problems of international logistics. International logistics is a special form of theoretical and practical knowledge, business skills, effective actions of professional specialists focused on the organization, technology and techniques of optimization, management and control of interrelated flows that serve the international exchange of material flows, intellectual products, innovations and services in time and space. The peculiarity of international logistics is that the producer and consumer of products are in different states and therefore the logistic chain of supply is formed taking into account passing of state borders and customs. One of the characteristic difficulties, due to the presence of which international logistics differs significantly from the internal one, is the prolongation of functional cycles, which can be measured in weeks and months.
