Выбор оптимального решения - это гарантия независимости, условие стабильности и эффективной жизнедеятельности, гарантия успеха страны, предприятия, личности. Агрессивная конкурентная борьба, отсутствие законодательной базы по обеспечению предпринимательской деятельности и охране интеллектуальной собственности, неразвитость рынка страховых услуг, практическое отсутствие ценностных ориентиров, нестабильность налоговой политики, активное развитие информационных технологий и др. - все это факторы, требующие постоянного внимания. Все эти проблемы требуют теоретического осмысления для подготовки практических рекомендаций их преодоления.
