Цифровізація як ключовий мегатренд трансформації глобального економічного середовища

Abstract

UA: Досліджено процеси глобалізації, що супроводжуються лібералізацією світової торгівлі товарами та послугами, формуванням єдиного торговельно-економічного простору, транснаціоналізацією бізнесу. Встановлено, що нині цифровізація виступае ключовим мегатрендом трансформації глобального економічного середовища. Розглянуто особлиіості протікання процесів цифровізації і суспільства в Україні та світі. Деталізовано особливості цифровізації, розкрито цифрові можливості та цифрові виклики, що супроводжують процеси цифрової трансформації бізнесу й суспільства. Доведено, що врахування визначених викликів у процесі формування стратегії цифрової трансформації бізнесу та країни загалом дасть змоги досягти мультиплікативного ефекту і максимально ефективно використати наявні цифрові можливості для забезпечення збалансованого розвитку бізнес-суб'єктів і національної економіки.

EN: The processes of globalization accompanied by the liberalization of world trade in goods and services, the formation of a single trade and economic space, the trans nationalization of capital and the internationalization of business are studied. It is established that now digitalization is a key megatrend of the transformation of the global economic environment. The features of the processes of digitalization of the economy and society in Ukraine and the world are considered. The features of digitalization are detailed, digital opportunities and digital challenges that accompany the processes of digital transformation of business and society are revealed. It is pointed out that it is necessary to take into account such digital challenges: manipulation of consumers’ consciousness; increasing the level of unemployment and the use and practice of part-time employment; automation and robotization of processes and staff reductions in enterprises; increasing fraud; deepening income differentiation and increasing social inequality; activation of labor migration to economically developed countries; illegal sale of consumer databases; deepening the environmental crisis and increasing emissions of pollutants into the environment; increasing cyber security, increasing the number and scale of cyber threats; increasing dependence on leading it companies; increasing social instability in the country; complications of the geopolitical situation in the world and aggravation of inter-state conflicts; increasing the influence of the trend of social marginality in society; loss of spiritual and moral values by the society and the immediate historical and cultural nature of man; reducing the level of security and personal data; monopolization of the digital technology market by several key global players; the emergence of a trend of technological singularity, and so on. It is proved that taking into account certain challenges in the process of forming a strategy for digital transformation of business and the country as a whole will allow achieving a multiplicative effect and making the most effective use of existing digital opportunities to ensure a balanced development of business entities and the national economy.
