Управління логістичними ризиками в форс-мажорних обставинах

Abstract

UA: Мінливість середовища потребує стратегічного бачення, і це ускладнює розроблення стратегії та зменшує плановий розмір часу, на який ця стратегія розробляється. Як наслідок, збільшуються ризики підприємств. Сучасна економічна ситуація як в Україні, так і в усьому світі, робить проблему управління ризиками особливо актуальною. Поставивши перед собою завдання щодо вдосконалення системи управління логістичними ризиками, керівництво компанії часто стикається з питанням, який підхід потрібно застосувати, щоб система управління ризиками досягала поставлених цілей, а компанія отримала конкурентні переваги. Одним з таких компонентів є розвиток стратегії управління логістичними ризиками – даний компонент включає в себе вимоги щодо впровадження уніфікації, або єдиного стандарту управління ризиками в компанії.

EN: Changes in the environment require a strategic vision, and this makes it difficult to develop a strategy and reduces the planned amount of time that the strategy is developed. As a result, the risks of enterprises increase. The current economic situation both in Ukraine and around the world makes the problem of risk management especially relevant. When setting the goal of improving the logistics risk management system, the company's management is often faced with the question of what approach should be taken to ensure that the risk management system achieves its goals and the company gains a competitive advantage. One of such components is the development of a logistics risk management strategy – this component includes the requirements for the implementation of unification, or a single standard of risk management in the company.
