| Abstract: | Some vehicle problems can be difficult to identify and fix. Newer generation software tools - intelligent assistants - can access an extensive database with detailed information about different vehicle models and their features. Intelligent Assistants - generate instructions and step-by-step guides on how to perform simple repairs on their own. This reduces dependency on service centres and allows users to understand and fix minor issues without having to spend unplanned time and money. |
