Соціальний захист працівників в умовах соціально-економічного розвитку

Abstract

UA: Сучасні соціально-трудові відносини наполегливо вимагають повноцінного якісного соціального захисту працівників. Економічні перетворення країни зумовлюють відповідні зміни в галузі соціальної політики, розроблення механізмів соціального захисту, заснованих на принципах саморегулювання та взаємопідтримки. Метою статті є дослідження системи соціального захисту працівників з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій соціально-економічного розвитку. Проаналізовано соціальні ризики працівників у різних галузях економіки. Систематизовано основні стратегічні цілі системи соціального захисту працівника. Висвітлено актуальні проблеми сучасного стану оплати праці в Україні. Розглянуто практику реалізації соціального пакету в рамках соціальної політики підприємств. Запропоновано основні напрями щодо вдосконалення системи соціального захисту працівників.

EN: Modern social and labor relations persistently demand full qualitative social protection of workers. The economic transformations of the country cause corresponding changes in the field of social policy, development of social protection mechanisms based on the principles of self-regulation and mutual support. An important component in the activities of economic entities is the social protection of workers, the implementation of social equity ideas within the organizing satisfaction not only material but also other needs of the staff. The purpose of the article is to study the system of social protection of workers taking into account current trends of social and economic development. The article deals with the essence of the category "social protection of the employee". It is determined that social policy as a whole and social policy of the enterprise in particular are based on such universal philosophical values as the right to life, freedom, equality, non-discrimination, justice, solidarity, social responsibility, etc. In the social activity of the enterprise general social policy settings are specified as to the specific conditions of the labor collective of the enterprise. The main components of social protection of workers are identified in the article. Social risks of employees in various sectors of economy are analyzed.
