Удосконалення вантажної і комерційної роботи регіональних філій в умовах створення ПАТ «Укрзалізниця»

Abstract

UA: Проведено аналіз сучасного стану розвитку вантажних перевезень в Україні в умовах конкурентного середовища та реформування галузі. Досліджені основні показники роботи регіональних філій. Розроблено функціональну структурну схему ефективної реалізації вантажної і комерційної роботи філій. Обгрунтовані основні завдання, зокрема в частині технологічної політики, вантажних перевезень, безпеки руху, сервісу та якості обслуговування клієнтів.

EN: The analysis of the current state of transportation problems in Ukraine in a competitive environment and reform. The basic performance of regional branches. The functional block diagram of efficient implementation of cargo and commercial branches. The main tasks of the organization structure should be in the field of provision of transportation, efficient use of railway infrastructure of common use, providing the most promising information services using the latest technology. Reasonable major problem, particularly in terms of technology policy, transportation, safety, service and quality customer service. Pressing issue is the development of transportation as the main direction of profitability of the industry who are in a difficult position. This caused a number of problems, connected with the operation of transportation. The main constraints of transportation include: depreciation of infrastructure deficit and depreciation of rolling stock, limited financial resources, the inadequacy of the organizational structure of railway transport European and world standartam. Rozrobleno number of proposals to create a more attractive rail transport and improve its competitiveness in the freight market .
