Abstract

UA: Дослідження ключових тенденцій розвитку транспортного сектору, зокрема залізничної галузі, дозволило встановити доцільність врахування чинників цифровізації та екологізації в діяльності суб’єктів даного сектору. Вивчено погляди науковців на питання сталого розвитку бізнес-суб’єктів, зокрема підприємств залізничного транспорту, і акцентовано увагу на доцільності формування стратегічних підходів до реалізації таких ініціатив. Сформовано методичний базис забезпечення процесів формування та реалізації стратегічних ініціатив сталого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту. Розкрито технологію формування та реалізації стратегії сталого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту, впровадження якої дозволить підвищити корпоративний, соціальний та екологічний імідж підприємств галузі, покращити інноваційну активність та інвестиційну привабливість, підвищити стійкість до зовнішніх коливань і конкурентоспроможність підприємств залізничного транспорту на ринку.

EN: The key trends in the development of the transport sector, in particular the railway industry, were studied, and the feasibility of taking into account the factors of digitalization and environmentalization in the activities of the subjects of this sector was established. The views of scientists on the issue of sustainable development of business entities, in particular railway transport enterprises, were studied, and attention was focused on the expediency of forming strategic approaches to the implementation of such initiatives. A methodical basis for ensuring the processes of formation and implementation of strategic initiatives for the sustainable development of railway transport enterprises has been formed. The technology of formation and implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of railway transport enterprises is disclosed. At the first stage, the operating environment of railway transport enterprises should be analyzed, which involves the analysis of the external and internal environment and, on this basis, the identification of problems and the identification of development trends of railway enterprises. The second stage is the formulation of the mission and strategic priorities for the development of railway transport enterprises. Stage 3 - development of strategic alternatives for the development of railway transport enterprises and comparison of the feasibility of their implementation. Stage 4 - formation of the mechanism and toolkit for the implementation of the development strategy of railway transport enterprises. Stage 5 - implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of railway transport enterprises and monitoring of the effectiveness of its implementation. It has been proven that the implementation of such a strategy will allow to achieve a number of advantages from the point of view of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise, improving resistance to external fluctuations, improving financial results and profitability of activities, improving the corporate, social and environmental image of enterprises, improving innovative activity and investment attractiveness.
