Система управління інтелектуальним капіталом структурних підрозділів залізничного транспорту (на прикладі моторвагонного депо)

Abstract

UA: В статті розроблена система управління інтелектуальним капіталом структурного підрозділу залізничного транспорту (на прикладі Лиманського моторвагонного депо), впровадження якої дозволить підвищити ефективність формування і використання інтелектуального капіталу. Виконано розрахунки за матеріалами Лиманського депо за 2017 – 2018 роки, проаналізовано причини зміни величини його інтелектуального капіталу. Запропоновано створення робочої групи з раціоналізації та визначено її місце у структурі депо та функції підрозділів. EN: The intellectual capital management system for a structural unit of railway transport (on the example of the Liman motor car depot) has been developed in the paper. Its implementation will increase the efficiency of the formation and use of intellectual capital. The intellectual capital management system includes the object and subject, principles of intellectual capital management, goals of intellectual capital management at the level of public joint stock company Ukrainian Railways and at the level of its structural divisions, as well as the block “The intellectual capital management system of the structural unit of PJSC Ukrainian Railways,” which consists of control stages and subsystems (Diagnostics, Planning, Use, Motivation, Financing). The goals of intellectual capital management at the level of structural divisions of railway transport (in technological sphere, in marketing, production, social, organizational, innovative, financial and economic spheres) are detailed. These goals are formulated taking into account specifics of the activities of railway transport”s structural units (they are not legal entities and their economic independence is restricted). Calculations of the integral index of intellectual capital were made according to the author’s methodology based on the materials of the Liman motor car depot for 2017 - 2018, the reasons of its changing were analyzed. To ensure the management of intellectual capital in the structural unit, the creation of a working group on rationalization is proposed and its structure and functions are determined.
