Разработка организационно-экономической модели инновационной платформы

Abstract

RU: В настоящее время государства, создающие инновационную стоимость, контролируют рынок. Более того, экономика ведущих стран мира основывается не на наращивании объемов выпуска продукции, но на постоянном усовершенствовании продукта, а также на росте инвестиционных вложений в новые разработки. В статье проанализировано развитие инновационного сектора в мире и Украине, выделены наиболее действенные инструменты обеспечения инновационной инфраструктуры. Разработана модель инновационной платформы, цель которой состоит в создании стоимости продукта на основе объединения разработчиков, инвесторов и потребителей с учетом психологических факторов и механизмов обеспечения экономической безопасности. Moreover, the economy of the leading countries of the world is based not on increasing the volume of output, but on the constant improvement of the product, as well as on the growth of investment in new developments. The article analyzes the development of the innovation sector in the world and Ukraine, identifies the most effective tools to ensure innovation infrastructure. One such tool is innovation platforms, which are the most effective mechanism for providing innovation infrastructure, designed to unite scientific institutions, industrial enterprises and financial institutions, as well as to connect directly developers and end users. Thanks to such platforms, the system of training scientists will be brought into line with the requirements of the market, which will allow to develop innovations to the necessary level and thus attract foreign investors. The main advantage of the platform model is that the earlier models were implemented mainly by large companies with their own funds or government orders within limited clusters, technology parks and business incubators. The platform provides for the integration of information from all possible sources, ranging from the customer or consumer to universities that are engaged in basic research and development.
