UA: Запропоновано визначення кадрової безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту. Визначено концептуальні положення забезпечення кадрової безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту: мету, суб’єкт, об’єкт, задачі.

EN: Personnel security is an element of the economic security of the enterprise. The main purpose of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise is to achieve maximum stability, function, and laying the foundations for future growth of business objectives. Economic security company provides sustainable development, which is achieved through the use of all resources and business opportunities. The system of economic security of the enterprise consists of a set of measures: financial, power, information, technical, technological, legal and personnel security. Personnel security − the state of individuals, collective enterprise, its human development and human resource management system, which ensures efficient use of economic capacity and development of the company.
