Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена питанням забезпечення ефективного управління підприємством із використанням сучасних інструментів. Економічна ситуація, з якою зіштовхуються підприємства сьогодні, є досить складною та нестабільною. Це має негативний вплив на господарську діяльність суб’єктів господарювання через зниження попиту, загострення конкурентної боротьби, зміни взаємовідносин з постачальниками та партнерами тощо. Все це призводить до необхідності змінювати підходи до управління підприємством шляхом пошуку ефективних інструментів управління, серед яких найбільш дієвими є інформаційні технології. Одним з найкращих варіантів є ERP-система, застосування якої дозволяє формувати цілісну картину діяльності підприємства, враховуючи всі бізнес-процеси та ключові ресурси, оцінити ефективність управління ними, проаналізувати вплив численних факторів та потенційних ризиків.

EN: In the conditions of intense competition on the world and national markets, the information system must fully satisfy the needs of the company's management staff for reliable and up-to-date information. Information and analytical systems are able to solve the tasks of increasing the transparency of business, accounting and control of material and financial flows, minimizing costs, reducing the cost of production, etc., that is, those tasks facing the functions of planning and control. Accounting registers of information and analytical systems store data in compliance with all requirements for management information: multiplicity and sufficiency; utility; topicality; compatibility; economy. The use information systems of the ERP class allows you to imagine a holistic picture of the company's activity, in which it is easy to consider all the business processes of the company and its key resources, to evaluate the effectiveness of their management, to analyze the influence o numerous factors and potential risks. With fierce competition, the company's management has to solve a whole set of tasks aimed at eliminating the impact of negative factors or mitigating their impact. Military aggression and the associated financial and economic crisis further exacerbate the existing situation. Today, the demand for many types of products is decreasing, which leads to a decrease in the volume of output and, as a result, the size of the company's profit. To minimize losses and optimize management processes, the implementation of an effective planning and control system is a way out of the situation. Therefore, planning and control tools embedded in the functionality of information systems are effective assistants of the enterprise manager. To control production costs, a special set of tools provided: nomenclature specifications, designed to describe the production process of products or semifinished products, for the rationing of material and labor resources. Before starting the production of new types of products, it is possible to calculate the cost and profitability of each product. At any moment, similar indicators can be calculate for products that are already being produced. In the conditions of an unstable economic situation, planning and control become of primary importance, as the business management procedure becomes significantly more complicated. The head of the enterprise and managers must operate with complete and reliable information about the activities of the enterprise and its structural divisions. During financial and production planning, the management staff relies on both consolidated data and performance indicators of structural divisions. All the information needed by the management staff is accumulate in one data warehouse, thanks to which the manager and managers have the opportunity to conduct a full analysis of the enterprise's activities and make the right management decisions.
