Теоретичні аспекти застосування екосистемного підходу до управління розвитком підприємств

Abstract

UA: Встановлено, що сьогодні успішність реалізації інноваційних перетворень залежить від ефективності співпраці ключових суб’єктів генерування та розроблення інновацій, їх споживачів та інших зацікавлених сторін. З’ясовано домінуючу роль екосистеми як основної наразі форми організації ефективної співпраці стейкхолдерів у процесі генерування цінностей. Виявлено, що поняття екосистеми та екосистемного підходу знайшло відображення як у законодавчому полі, так і науковій спільноті. Досліджено підходи до трактування змісту поняття «екосистема» та визначення її видів. Зважаючи на ключову роль інновацій у забезпеченні сталого розвитку і конкурентоспроможності бізнес-суб’єктів, розглянуто сутність інноваційної екосистеми та її характерні риси. Останню запропоновано розуміти як середовище партнерської взаємодії суб’єктів, створене з метою розроблення та реалізації інноваційної продукції і генерування спільних цінностей для всіх учасників екосистемної взаємодії за рахунок повноцінної реалізації їх потенціалу.

EN: It has been established that today the success of the implementation of innovative transformations depends on the effectiveness of the cooperation of the key subjects of the generation and development of innovations, their consumers and other interested parties. The dominant role of the ecosystem as currently the main form of organizing effective cooperation of stakeholders in the process of value generation has been clarified. Such ecosystems enable the coordination of stakeholders across multiple value chains, helping to drive demand from endusers and enabling mutually beneficial investments that cannot be raised alone. Combining the potential of manufacturing enterprises, educational and research institutes, investors, the transport sector and potential customers, ecosystems form a favorable environment for the realization of their capabilities and the creation of a competitive product. It was found that the concept of ecosystem and ecosystem approach was reflected both in the legislative field and the scientific community. Approaches to the interpretation of the meaning of the concept of "ecosystem" and the definition of its types have been studied. Taking into account the key role of innovations in ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness of business entities, the essence of the innovation ecosystem and its characteristic features are considered. The latter is proposed to be understood as an environment of partner interaction of subjects, created for the purpose of developing and implementing innovative products and generating common values for all participants of the ecosystem interaction due to the full realization of their potential. It has been established that the effectiveness and expediency of creating such innovative systems is due to several main reasons. First, such models of subject cooperation contribute to the generation of innovative ideas, creating a favorable environment for non-standard thinking and the search for creative solutions. Second, innovation involves significant risk, and the innovation ecosystem provides support and resources to help entrepreneurs take the risks necessary to bring their ideas to life through access to funding, mentoring or training. Thirdly, innovation requires funding, technology and experience, and it is the innovation ecosystem that ensures the availability of such resources.
