Удосконалення системи формування раціональних маршрутів прямування міжрегіональних пасажирських поїздів на залізницях України

Abstract

UA: У роботі розглянуто питання про раціональну організацію маршрутів прямування міжрегіональних пасажирських поїздів на залізницях України. Запропоновано удосконалення моделі системи підтримки прийняття рішень на основі використання еволюційного моделювання та генетичного алгоритму, призначеної для формування маршрутів прямування. На основі удосконаленої моделі можливе створення автоматизованої системи управління формуванням оптимальних маршрутів прямування міжрегіональних пасажирських поїздів.

EN: The paper examined the rational organization of routes for movement interregional passenger trains on the railways of Ukraine. In modern conditions in rail-based high-speed interregional passenger traffic are unchanged for several decades the transportation process technologies that limit the ability of passenger transport flexibility to respond to fluctuations in demand consumer market of passenger transportation. Therefore, to improve inter-regional passenger transport is necessary to use organizational technologies, which are based on the concept of flexible adaptive regulation of the transportation process and long-term operational nature in accordance with the principles of passenger logistics. An improved model of decision support system based on the use of evolutionary modeling and genetic algorithm designed to create a route. This can be achieved by combining and creating a common model of high-speed interregional transport, whose task will be to develop inter-regional train routes from the collection of the data on adjusting work stations and the results further determine the best direction to follow. Based on the improved model of the possible creation of an automated system of formation of optimum routes inter-regional movement of passenger trains.
