Підвищення ефективності роботи вантажної станції в умовах виконання митних операцій

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження є процес організації оптимального обслуговування вантажної станції і під'дзних колій. Метою дослідження є оптимальне використання маневрових засобів для можливого скорочення їх загальної кількості та обслуговуючого персоналу. У кваліфікаційній роботі в процесі аналізу технології обслуговування залізничних під'їзних колій та її інфраструктури було визначено, що до вантажної станції примикає 8 під'їзних колій, з яких найбільш завантаженою є п/к ДП " ТЕТРО-ПАК Україна" і майже половина з них не мають свого маневрового локомотива по обслуговувнню вантажних фронтів, це потребує витрат часу на їх обробку та подачу станційним локомотивом. Вирішення математичної задачі з раціонального розподілу напіввагонів по вантажних фронтах під'їзних колій надає змогу поліпшити показники роботи станції, а також скоротити витрати на підготовку груп вагонів по обслуговуванню п/к. Розрахунок рівня навантаження локомотивів, які задіяні на підбиранні груп вагонів для під'їзних колій показав, що резерву роботи цих локомотивів вистачає для скорочення одного з них та передачі його в оренду. В процесі виконання митних операцій на станції повинно здійснюватися збереження вантажів, що підлягають митному оформленню.
