Раціоналізація технології роботи технічної станції в умовах виконання митних операцій

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження є процес функціонування сортувальної станції в умовах виконання митних операцій. Метою дослідження є підвищення ефектівності роботи сортувальної станції шляхом оптимізації її технології роботи. У кваліфікаційній роботі вирішені питання оптимізації технічних параметрів сортувальної станції за рахунок раціоналізації технології її роботи по обслуговуванню транзитних вагонопотоків. Виконано огляд питань з організації пропуску транзитних поїздів без переробки міжнародними транспортними коридорами. В результаті аналізу обсягу вантажоперевезень та вантажообігу за попередні п'ять років виявлена тенденція до їх зменшення, що повинно враховуватися при визначені основних показників роботи сортувальної станції. Для удосконалення роботи сортувальної станції виконано аналіз конструкцій основних елементів приймально-відправного парку та передгіркового парку і проаналізована спеціалізація колій з метою їх оптимізації. Для розробки математичної моделі по визначенню оптимальних технічних параметрів при обслуговуванні транзитних поїздів була застосована система масового обслуговування і описані основні її характеристики.

EN: The object of the study is the process of functioning of the sorting station in the conditions of performing customs operations. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of the sorting station by optimizing its work technology. In the qualification work, the issues of optimization of the technical parameters of the sorting station due to the rationalization of the technology of its work for servicing transit car flows are resolved. A review of issues related to the organization of the passage of transit trains without processing through international transport corridors was carried out. As a result of the analysis of the volume of cargo transportation and cargo circulation for the previous five years, a tendency to their decrease was revealed, which should be taken into account when determining the main indicators of the work of the sorting station. In order to improve the technology of the sorting station, an analysis of the structures of the main elements of the receiving-departure park and the foothill park was performed, and the specialization of the tracks was analyzed with the aim of their optimization. To develop a mathematical model for determining the optimal technical parameters for servicing transit trains, a mass service system was used and its main characteristics were described.
