Удосконалення технології функціонування залізничної сортувальної станції

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є технологія комерційної обробки рухомого складу на сортувальній станції. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є удосконалення системи комерційної обробки рухомого складу на сортувальній станції за умови введення в дію динамічних тензометричних ваг. Це дозволить швидко виявляти комерційні браки на ходу поїзду, скоротить час на обробку рухомого складу при комерційному огляду, зменшить непродуктивні простої вагонів і мінімізує збої в перевізному процесі, що трапляються через відсутність контролю маси вагонів і ускладнює технологію комерційної обробки рухомого складу, що є важливою ланкою в роботі станції.

EN: The object of the study is the technology of commercial processing of rolling stock at the sorting station. The purpose of the qualification work is to improve the system of commercial processing of rolling stock at the sorting station, provided that dynamic strain gauge scales are put into operation. This will allow for the rapid detection of commercial defects during the train run, reduce the time for processing rolling stock during commercial inspection, reduce unproductive downtime of wagons and minimize failures in the transportation process that occur due to the lack of control over the mass of wagoпs and complicate the technology of commercial processing of rolling stock, which is an important link in the operation of the station. The qualification work proposes to improve the process of processing wagons by retrofittiлg the station and installing strain gauge dynamic scales. Measures leave been developed to improve the operation of the technology of commercial processing of trains. А description of the technology of processing trains before and after the retrofitting of the station has been formalized and а model of the technology of working with rolling stock has been developed to minimize the cost of resources of all types.
