Фінансове забезпечення розвитку закладів охорони здоров’я АТ «Українська залізниця»

Abstract

UA: В статті досліджено існуючі моделі фінансування охорони здоров’я. Запропоновано формування багатоканальної системи фінансування розвитку закладів охорони здоров’я АТ «Українська залізниця». Одним із інструментом фінансового забезпечення виділено інвестиційний фонд розвитку закладів охорони здоров’я АТ «Українська залізниця», який на проектній основі буде реалізовувати інноваційні проекти з розробки та впровадження інноваційних медичних послуг, продукту. EN: The article examines existing models of health care financing. In today's economic environment, the most appropriate is the multi-channel financing system, as it enables the provision of healthcare facilities with financial resources from various sources. Formation of a multichannel financing system for the development of health facilities of JSC Ukrainian Railways is proposed. Thus, the main source of financing for the provision of medical services to railway workers will be the insurance contributions of railway undertakings and the contributions of workers deducted from wages. Another source of funding for the provision of innovative health care services for railway workers and other segments of the population is insurance-based contributions, ie the formation of a patient's medical savings account. We also propose financial support for the development of healthcare facilities of JSC Ukrainian Railways on the basis of providing paid services to the population who do not participate in other financing systems. One of the financial security instruments is the investment fund for the development of healthcare facilities of JSC Ukrainian Railways, which will implement innovative projects for the development and implementation of innovative medical services and products on a project basis.
