Особливості та тенденції впровадження цифрових технологій в діяльність підприємств

UA: У статті встановлено, що наразі в сучасних умовах відбулося посилення ролі і значення цифрових технологій, що сприяє стабільності та гнучкості підприємств на ринку. Цифровий розвиток та цифрові інструменти довели своєї ефективності у забезпеченні функціональності суб’єктів господарювання шляхом безперебійного доступу до цифрових систем. У статті розкрито питання цифрового розвитку підприємств в сучасних умовах господарювання. Виділено переваги та недоліки цифрової трансформації підприємства в сучасному бізнес-середовищі. Доведено, що цифрові зміни сучасних компаній передбачають оптимізацію виробничих систем, бізнес-процесів, логістики та зовнішніх факторів з метою формування стратегічних напрямів подальшого розвитку. Зауважено, що широке впровадження цифрових технологій в діяльність підприємств гальмує їхня висока вартість, проте період окупності невеликий, а отримані переваги є значними.

EN: Digital technologies are currently widely used in all areas of modern enterprises. These include design and planning, production of fixed assets and infrastructure elements, implementation of various projects, management and control of production processes, maintenance of assets, organization of transport processes, communication with business partners and implementation of internal business processes. The widespread use of digital technologies to increase the efficiency of data processing, reduce costs, increase labor productivity, create new business models, open up new opportunities for profit and value creation. As well as other factors related to the systematic implementation of digital solutions, allow companies to intelligently and quickly transform data into useful information to improve the efficiency of their business activities. This will help create a mechanism for fundamental changes. Digital solutions have great potential for optimizing the work of companies in the industrial sector, such as digitization of processes for more intelligent management of infrastructure and fixed assets, online control of operations, interaction with customers in real time and development of unique innovations. Given the enormous potential of digital technologies, leading global companies are working with researchers and experts on projects aimed at developing and implementing digitization programs and supporting the implementation of digital innovations. Today, digital technologies also actively used in the development and implementation of corporate innovations. At the design stage, digital tools help optimize processes such as investment preparation, selection and configuration of individual elements and their parameters, as well as planning the development process. This optimizes financial costs, working hours and time costs not only at the preparation and development stage, but also at the next stage - operation. The digital transformation of modern enterprises includes a complete analysis of production systems, business processes, logistics and external factors to determine strategic measures for further promising development directions. Building a digital enterprise requires a single digitalization and joint integration of vertical production processes from development to release. An integral and important part is horizontal integration, which goes beyond the framework of one organization and covers both the enterprise itself and its counterparties. Thus, the digital transformation of enterprises using various modern technologies should be bas on a digital platform, presented as a set of digital tools and data combined into a single automated information technology system.
