Оцінка кредитно-інвестиційної діяльності банків в Україні

Abstract

UA: В статті досліджено економічну сутність кредитно-інвестиційної діяльності банківських установ. Проведено оцінку поточного стану здійснення кредитноінвестиційної діяльності банками в Україні. Проаналізовано особливості формування та реалізації стратегії здійснення кредитних та інвестиційних операцій банками України. Проаналізовано в динаміці структуру кредитно-інвестиційного портфеля банків України. Відзначено, що сьогодні банки України провадять активну кредитно-інвестиційну діяльність, щороку збільшуючи обсяги кредитування та інвестування, проте перевагу надають кредитним операціям перед інвестиційними переважно через меншу ризикованість та широкий спектр послуг, які можуть бути запропоновані у межах реалізації програми кредитування. Частка інвестиційних операцій у кредитно-інвестиційному портфелі банківських установ збільшується. Особливу увагу комерційні банки мають приділяти ризик-менеджменту та роботі з мінімізації та реструктуризації непрацюючих кредитів.

EN: The work examines the economic essence of credit and investment activities of banking institutions. An assessment of the current state of credit and investment activities by banks in Ukraine was carried out. The peculiarities of the formation and implementation of the strategy for the implementation of credit and investment operations by banks of Ukraine are analyzed. The dynamics of the structure of the credit and investment portfolio of Ukrainian banks in terms of borrowers and spheres of activity were analyzed. It was noted that today the banks of Ukraine conduct active lending and investment activities, increasing the volume of lending and investment every year. However, preference is given to credit operations over investment operations mainly due to lower risk and a wide range of services that can be offered within the framework of the implementation of the lending program. The share of investment transactions in the credit and investment portfolio of banking institutions is increasing. Commercial banks should pay special attention to risk management and work on minimizing and restructuring non-performing loans.
