Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є гідростатична трансмісія автогрейдера та електрогідравлічні системи управління. Метою роботи є модернізація автогрейдера з гідростатичною трансмісією, розроблення та опис електричних систем пульта керування рульового блоку машини. В роботі представлено основні конструкції та тенденції розвитку автогрейдерів. В роботі представлено розрахунково-конструкторську частину. В роботі представлено тяговий розрахунок, розрахунок гідравлічної системи автогрейдера. Запропонована та описана функціональна схема системи управління трансмісією, а також схеми електричних з'єднань блоку і пульта управління. Визначено величину очікуваного економічного ефекту від застосування модернізованого автогрейдера з гідростатичною трансмісією.

EN: The object of the study is the hydrostatic transmission of a motor grader and electro-hydraulic control systems. The purpose of the work is to modernize a motor grader with a hydrostatic transmission, develop and describe the electrical systems of the machine's steering unit control panel. The paper presents the main designs and development trends of motor graders. The work presents the design and calculation part. The work presents traction calculation and calculation of the hydraulic system of a motor grader. The functional diagram of the transmission control system is proposed and described, as well as the diagrams of the electrical connections of the unit and the control panel. The value of the expected economic effect from the use of a modernized motor grader with a hydrostatic transmission is determined.
