Реконструкція підприємства з ремонту машин

Abstract

UA: Подовження термінів служби будівельно-дорожніх машин і підвищення якості їх експлуатації є однією з найважливіших проблем транспортного будівництва. Застосування прогресивної технології і організація ремонту машин дозволяє значно понизити витрати на одиницю продукції, підвищити якість відремонтованої техніки. Метою проекту було розробка плану реконструкції підприємства з використанням методу ремонту машин по зношених вузлах у поєднанні з існуючою системою організації ремонту. В рамках запропонованих удосконалень рекомендовано перейти на систему планово-попереджувальних ремонтів, що базується на фактичному технічному стані обладнання, а не лише на його напрацюванні. Крім того, пропонується підсилити відділ діагностики. Діагностика, особливо неруйнівний контроль, може значно скоротити час простою техніки.

EN: Extending the service life of construction and road machinery and improving the quality of their operation is one of the most important problems in transport construction. The use of advanced technology and the organisation of machine repairs can significantly reduce costs per unit of production and improve the quality of repaired equipment. The aim of the project was to develop a plan for the reconstruction of the enterprise using the method of repairing machines with worn components in combination with the existing repair organisation system. As part of the proposed improvements, it is recommended to switch to a system of scheduled preventive repairs based on the actual technical condition of the equipment, and not only on its operating hours. In addition, it is proposed to strengthen the diagnostics department. Diagnostics, especially non-destructive testing, can significantly reduce equipment downtime.
