Організація роботи вантажної припортової станції в умовах нестабільних обсягів переробки

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження є вантажна і комерційна робота станції.Метою дослідження є вирішення задачі організації роботи припортової станції з розробкою пропозицій щодо підвищення її переробної спроможності за нестабільних вхідних вагонопотоків. У кваліфікаційній роботі встановлено, що незважаючи на значні перспективи, можливості вантажних перевезень річкою Дунай суттєво обмежуються пропускною здатністю транспортної системи регіону.

EN: The object of the study is the cargo and commercial operation of the station. The purpose of the study is to solve the problem of organizing the work of the port station with the development of proposals for increasing its processing capacity under unstable incoming car traffic. The qualification work established that despite significant prospects, the possibilities of freight transportation along the Danube River are significantly limited by the capacity of the region's transport system. It is proposed to reduce the railway tariff to/from Danube ports by at least 20%, as well as to apply the existing practice of standardizing the speed of cargo delivery and increasing the standard speed by at least 30%, which are comprehensive and systemic measures aimed at supporting the strategic exportimport route.
