Abstract

UA: У статті розглядаються результати комплексної порівняльної оцінки діяльності Регіональних філій АТ «Укрзалізниця. Критеріями порівняння є якісні показники використання рухомого склау, як ті, що впливають на рівень собівартості залізничних перевезень. Основним завданням проведеного дослідження є розробка відповідного науково-практичного підходу, який враховує зміну показників за часом. Запропонований підхід дозволяє оцінити динаміку змін у роботі структурних підрозділів АТ «Укрзалізниця», виявити сильні та слабкі сторони діяльності Регіональних філій, провести ранжування за рівнем використання рухомого складу та приймати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення на основі отриманих даних. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для вдосконалення системи управління залізничним транспортом, оптимізації ресурсів та підвищення конкурентоспроможності галузі в умовах сучасних викликів.

EN: A comprehensive comparative assessment of enterprise activities is an important tool for financial analysis, strategic management and decision-making. Rail transport is a key link in the country's transport system. Therefore, effective management of divisions is crucial to ensure the stable operation of the industry. Evaluation of the performance of structural divisions of rail transport requires a comprehensive approach. This approach should take into account the dynamics of indicators over time. Therefore, the problem of a comprehensive comparative assessment of the activities of structural divisions of the Ukrainian railway transport is relevant. One of the main indicators of the economic activity of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia is the cost of freight transportation, which is significantly influenced by the quality indicators of the use of rolling stock. The article examines the results of a comprehensive comparative assessment of the activities of the Regional Branches of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia. The criteria for comparison are the qualitative indicators of the use of rolling stock. A comprehensive comparative assessment of the activities of the structural divisions of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia requires solving a number of scientific problems. These problems are related to the unification of data, the development of adaptive models, the introduction of modern methods and harmonization with European approaches. This will improve the objectivity of the analysis and the efficiency of railway transport management. The main objective of the conducted research is to develop an appropriate scientific and practical approach. This approach takes into account the change in indicators over time. This approach allows us to assess the dynamics of changes in the work of the structural divisions of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the activities of Regional Branches, rank them by level of efficiency and make informed management decisions based on the data obtained. The results of the study can be used to improve the railway transport management system, optimize resources and increase the competitiveness of the industry in the face of modern challenges. Further development of a comprehensive comparative assessment of the structural divisions of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia based on the level of quality indicators for the use of railway rolling stock can be achieved through the development of a unified methodology for analysis and the implementation of modern data collection and processing systems.
