Теоретичні основи розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах циркулярної економіки

Abstract

UA: У статті охарактеризовано ключові принципи циркулярної економіки та досліджено підходи до тлумачення змісту даного поняття. Аргументовано, що залізничний транспорт, на рівні з іншими галузями глобальної економічної системи, впроваджує концепцію циркулярності у власні моделі діяльності. Досліджено ключові проєкти екологічної модернізації залізниць Швеції, Німеччини, Британії, Франції та Швейцарії. Визначено, що стратегії досягнення вуглецевої нейтральності європейських залізниць передбачають перехід на відновлювані джерела енергії, відмову від палива копалинного походження, впровадження альтернативних систем опалення та підвищення енергоефективності. На цій основі сформовано теоретичний базис розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту України в умовах циркулярної економіки шляхом визначення ключових принципів і напрямів впровадження засад циркулярності в діяльність українських залізниць.

EN: The article describes the key principles of the circular economy and explores approaches to interpreting the content of this concept. Based on an analysis of the literature on the issues of sustainable growth in the context of implementing the concept of a closed cycle (circular economy), common positions of scientists on understanding its content have been established. It is argued that railway transport, on a par with other sectors of the global economic system, is implementing the concept of circularity into its own activity models. Key projects for the ecological modernization of railways in Sweden, Germany, Britain, France and Switzerland have been studied. It has been determined that strategies for achieving carbon neutrality of European railways involve switching to renewable energy sources, abandoning fossil fuels, introducing alternative heating systems and increasing energy efficiency. It has been proven that railway transport enterprises of Ukraine, despite the country's orientations on energy saving policies, currently bear a huge burden on the environment. It was determined that among the negative consequences of the impact of railway transport enterprises on the environment, it is worth noting the huge level of noise created by technological resources during their operation on railways, significant volumes of contaminated water and soil, both from waste generated and from the use of fuel and lubricants in business processes. Despite large-scale measures to reduce the environmental impact of railway transport enterprises on the environment, in general, their activities continue to provoke significant environmental threats and require the implementation of a comprehensive approach to the environmental modernization of the industry. On this basis, a theoretical basis for the development of railway transport enterprises in Ukraine in the conditions of a circular economy was formed by determining the key principles and directions for implementing the principles of circularity in the activities of Ukrainian railways.
