Сталий розвиток транспортних підприємств: сучасні виклики та перспективи

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено ключові виклики, які сьогодні постали перед транспортними підприємствами. Встановлено, що одним із найгостріших викликів, який постав перед Україною загалом і транспортним сектором зокрема, є військові дії, що охопили значну частину території держави. Збройна агресія призвела до масштабних руйнувань інфраструктури і дестабілізувала роботу транспортних підприємств, призвівши до втрати ключових логістичних маршрутів та перевантаження альтернативних напрямів, зниження обсягів перевезень і значних фінансових труднощів, посилення проблеми імпортозаміщення техніки та запчастин, значного кадрового дефіциту. Відзначено, що такі виклики, незважаючи на негативний вплив, відкривають і простір для адаптації транспортних підприємств шляхом впровадження цифрових рішень, переходу на більш мобільні формати транспорту, кооперацію з міжнародними партнерами, розвитку мультимодальних перевезень та інтеграції з європейською транспортною мережею, реалізації екологічних ініціатив. Досліджено ключові напрями цифрової та екологічної трансформації транспортних підприємств і вектори забезпечення їх сталого розвитку.

EN: The article examines the key challenges that today face transport enterprises. It is established that one of the most acute challenges that Ukraine in general and the transport sector in particular are military actions that have covered a significant part of the country's territory. Armed aggression has led to large-scale destruction of infrastructure and destabilized the work of transport enterprises, leading to the loss of key logistics routes and overloading of alternative routes, a decrease in transportation volumes and significant financial difficulties, an increase in the problem of import substitution of equipment and spare parts, and a significant personnel shortage. It is noted that such challenges, despite the negative impact, also open up space for the adaptation of transport enterprises through the implementation of digital solutions, the transition to more mobile transport formats, cooperation with international partners, the development of multimodal transportation and integration with the European transport network, and the implementation of environmental initiatives. The key areas of digital and environmental transformation of transport enterprises and the vectors for ensuring their sustainable development are investigated. It has been proven that today, in order to maintain competitiveness and stability, transport enterprises need to focus on developing comprehensive growth strategies, based on which sustainability is a new competitive advantage and the basis for development. First, it is advisable to take into account climate risks in business decisions, investments and at all levels of enterprise management. Initiatives for ecological modernization should be implemented, transition to electric transport or use alternative fuels (biofuels, hydrogen). Second, a thorough assessment of climate risks should be carried out and vulnerabilities in the supply chain should be identified in order to level them or adapt to possible negative events. Third, infrastructure sustainability should be developed by investing in the development of sustainable infrastructure capable of withstanding climate risks, and developing multimodal transport hubs. Fourth, realize the digital potential of ensuring sustainable development by implementing digital platforms for logistics, route monitoring and transportation optimization, digital twins, satellite surveillance, using big data, artificial intelligence and IoT to improve efficiency. Fifth, sustainable cooperation needs to be established by coordinating actions with partners, suppliers and communities to create early warning systems and continuity of operations, business participation in the formation of transport policy and standards for sustainable development. All this will create a unique opportunity for business entities to proactively adapt to market fluctuations and unpredictable environmental challenges.
