Інтеграція управління знаннями в стратегію сталого розвитку підприємства

Abstract

UA: Стаття висвітлює значення концепції сталого розвитку для ефективного господарювання і довгострокового успіху підприємств в сучасних умовах кардинальних суспільно-економічних зрушень, які стимулюють широке впровадження знаннєвоорієнтованих інструментів в управлінську практику бізнесу. Розкриваючи зміст сталого розвитку і його ключових компонентів зроблено висновок, що для підприємств, які прагнуть досягти конкурентної переваги або унікальності на ринку, дотримання засад сталого розвитку становить ключову передумову успіху їхніх бізнес-стратегій. Систематизовано інструментарій забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств за наступними напрямами: стратегічне планування та інтеграція; системи управління; фінансові та інвестиційні інструменти; вимірювання та звітність; операційні інструменти; управління знаннями та інновації; залучення зацікавлених сторін. Акцентовано увагу на зростаючій ролі знань у підвищенні цінності підприємств і встановлено основні підходи до трактування поняття «управління знаннями», що вказало на еволюція концепцій управління знаннями від технологічно-орієнтованого до процесо- і людино-орієнтованого підходів, які втілюються в практичній діяльності в інтегрованому вигляді з активним застосуванням інструментарію штучного інтелекту. Визначено вирішальні фактори, що обумовлюють доцільність управління знаннями у сфері забезпечення сталого розвитку. Ґрунтуючись на досліджені моделей управління знаннями розкрито основні компоненти системи знань підприємства, орієнтованої на досягнення цілей сталого розвитку, що включають визначення ключових знань, створення культури обміну знаннями, використання технологій для покращення управлінських процедур, моніторинг та оцінку ефективності впроваджених програм і заходів. Наголошено на важливості використання потенціалу технологій штучного інтелекту для посилення реалізації інтелектуального капіталу підприємств, що сприятиме підвищенню ефективності управління, покращенню якості прийняття рішень, розвитку співпраці та стимулюванню інновацій.

EN: The article highlights the importance the concept sustainable development for effective management and long-term success enterprises in the current conditions radical socio-economic changes that stimulate the widespread introduction knowledge-based tools into business management practice. Revealing the content sustainable development and its key components, it is concluded that for enterprises that seek to achieve competitive advantage or uniqueness in the market, adherence to the principles of sustainable development is a key prerequisite for the success their business strategies. The toolkit for ensuring sustainable development of enterprises is systematized in the following areas: strategic planning and integration; management systems; financial and investment tools; measurement and reporting; operational tools; knowledge management and innovation; stakeholder engagement. The growing role knowledge in increasing the value of enterprises is emphasized and the main approaches to interpreting the concept "knowledge management" are established, which indicated the evolution knowledge management concepts from technology-oriented to process- and human-oriented approaches, which are implemented in practical activities in an integrated manner with the active use of artificial intelligence tools. The decisive factors determining the feasibility knowledge management in the field ensuring sustainable development are identified. Based on the researched knowledge management models, the main components the enterprise's knowledge system, focused on achieving sustainable development goals, including the identification key knowledge, the creation a culture knowledge exchange, the use technologies to improve management procedures, monitoring and assessing the effectiveness implemented programs and measures, are revealed. The importance using the potential of artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the implementation intellectual capital enterprises, which will contribute to increasing management efficiency, improving the quality decision-making, developing cooperation and stimulating innovation, is emphasized.
