Дослідження системи заходів раціонального використання та охорони земельного фонду України

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження є земельний фонд України. Метою дослідження є аналіз системи заходів раціонального використання та охорони земельного фонду України, виявлення ключових проблем та викликів, а також розробка рекомендацій щодо покращення ситуації. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан земельного фонду України, проблеми та виклики, розроблено рекомендації щодо поліпшення стану земельного фонду, розроблені рекомендації щодо поліпшення системи управління та охорони земельного фонду в Миколаївській області.

EN: The object of research is the land fund of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to analyze the system of measures for the rational use and protection of the land fund of Ukraine, to identify key problems and challenges, and to develop recommendations for improving the situation. The qualification work analyzes the current state of the land fund of Ukraine, problems and challenges, develops recommendations for improving the state of the land fund, and develops recommendations for improving the system of management and protection of the land fund in Mykolaiv region. Summarizing, the study of the rational use and protection of the land fund of Ukraine emphasizes the need for an integrated approach, including improvement of legislation, introduction of modern technologies, development of educational programs, economic incentives and international cooperation. Only through close cooperation between the state, local communities, farmers and the public can sustainable development of land resources be achieved, ensuring their preservation for future generations and contributing to the economic and environmental prosperity of the country.
