Abstract: The full-scale war in Ukraine has radically transformed logistics and supply chain management. Logistics, once viewed as a technical function, has become a strategic factor of enterprise survival and national resilience. Damaged infrastructure, disrupted transport corridors, energy shortages, and market dislocation have forced companies to move from efficiency-based to resilience-oriented logistics models. Traditional management systems—built on stable supply chains and centralised control—can no longer ensure continuity under constant uncertainty and physical threats. The OECD (2023) reports that wartime logistics costs in Ukraine increased by 30–45 %, while delivery times doubled. This highlights the vulnerability of rigid systems and underscores the need for adaptive logistics management, which integrates flexibility, redundancy, and real-time data.
