Підвищення продуктивності машини для очищення баласту

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є силові процеси у приводі щебенеочисного пристрою, залежність техніко-економічних показників від продуктивності та кількості відпрацьованих «вікон» протягом року, а також графік обслуговування. Метою дослідження є підвищення техніко-економічних показників щебенеочисної машини ЩОМ-4М шляхом модернізації окремих механізмів. У дипломній роботі запропоновані технічні рішення щодо модернізації окремих вузлів щебенеочисної машини. Практичне значення роботи полягає в тому, що за результатами виконаних розрахунків основних параметрів модернізованої щебенеочисної машини та вузлів, які підлягають модернізації, підібрані типорозміри елементів приводів, подані кресленики цих вузлів. Отримані залежності собівартості очищення одного м3 щебеню від експлуатаційної продуктивності модернізованої машини та собівартості машино-години роботи від кількості відпрацьованих «вікон» протягом року. Побудований графік технічних обслуговувань і поточних ремонтів машини в плановому році з розподіленням по місяцях.

EN: The object of the study is the power processes in the drive of the ballast cleaning device, the dependence of technical and economic indicators on the productivity and number of used "windows" during the year, as well as the maintenance schedule. The purpose of the study is to increase the technical and economic indicators of the ShCHOM-4M ballast cleaning machine by betterment individual mechanisms. The MSc Dissertation proposes technical solutions for the betterment of individual components of a ballast cleaning machine. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that, based on the results of the calculations of the main parameters of the improved ballast cleaning machine and parts subject to betterment, the standard sizes of the drive elements were selected, and drawings of these components were provided. The dependences of the cost of cleaning one m3 of ballast on the operational productivity of the improved machine and the cost of a machine-hour of operation on the number of used "windows" during the year are obtained. A schedule of technical maintenance and current repairs of the machine in the planned year was built with a distribution by month.
