Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Метою роботи є дослідження теоретичних основ забезпечення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств. У кваліфікаційній роботі узагальненні теоретичні забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Досліджено методичні підходи до оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Розглянуто особливості формування системи забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства запропоновано здійснювати на основі системного підходу, який базується на створенні цілісної модель конкурентоспроможності підприємства зі встановленням взаємозв’язків всіх елементів підприємства шляхом здійснення управлінського впливу, вчасного реагування на зміни у зовнішньому й внутрішньому середовищі. Розкрито ключові особливості діяльності підприємства, що досліджувалось. Запропоновано комплекс заходів щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, що досліджувалося.

EN: The object of the study is the process of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical foundations of ensuring the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. The qualification work summarizes the theoretical provisions of the competitiveness of the enterprise. Methodological approaches to assessing the level of competitiveness of the enterprise are studied. The features of the formation of a system for ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise are considered. Ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise is proposed to be carried out on the basis of a systemic approach, which is based on the creation of a holistic model of the competitiveness of the enterprise with the establishment of interrelationships of all elements of the enterprise by exercising managerial influence, timely response to changes in the external and internal environment. The key features of the activities of the enterprise under study are revealed. A set of measures to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise under study is proposed.
