Теоретичні основи та практичні та заходи підвищення точності надійності вимірювань

Abstract

UA: Об’єкт дослідження – процес забезпечення точності та надійності вимірювань у метрологічній діяльності підприємств. Метою дослідження є теоретичне та практичне вдосконалення системи метрологічного контролю для забезпечення точності та надійності вимірювань на підприємстві. Магістерська робота спрямована на підвищення точності та надійності вимірювань через удосконалення метрологічного контролю на ХМФ «ГАЗМЕРЕЖІ». Проаналізовано стан вимірювальної техніки та основні джерела похибок під час її експлуатації. Розроблено внутрішній нормативний документ щодо порядку створення та атестації методик вимірювань, адаптований до умов підприємства. Запропоновані організаційно-технічні заходи знижують похибки, підвищують стабільність метрологічних характеристик і надійність системи обліку в газорозподільній сфері.

EN: Object of research – the process of ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurements within the metrological activities of enterprises. The aim of the study is the theoretical and practical improvement of the metrological control system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurements at the enterprise. The master’s thesis focuses on improving the accuracy and reliability of measurements through the enhancement of metrological control at the Kharkiv City Branch of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine. The condition of measuring instruments and the main sources of errors during their operation were analyzed. An internal regulatory document defining the procedure for the development and validation of measurement methods, adapted to the enterprise’s conditions, was developed. The proposed organizational and technical measures reduce errors, improve the stability of metrological characteristics, and enhance the reliability of the accounting system in the gas distribution sector.
