Дослідження можливостей підвищення надійності ходових частин вантажних вагонів

Abstract

UA: Метою магістерської роботи є підвищення працездатності вантажних вагонів. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі передбачено розв’язання таких завдань: • аналіз існуючого технологічного процесу ремонту вантажних вагонів; • дослідження конструктивної схеми візка вантажного вагона; • виконання техніко-економічних розрахунків ефективності запропонованих рішень. Об’єктом дослідження є процес експлуатації візка вантажного вагона. Предметом дослідження є конструкція візка вантажного вагона. У магістерській роботі виконано аналіз існуючих технологічних процесів ремонту вантажних вагонів, досліджено конструктивну схему візка вантажного вагона моделі 18-100 та визначено основні фактори, що впливають на його надійність у процесі експлуатації. Проведено техніко-економічне обґрунтування запропонованих заходів щодо підвищення міжремонтного ресурсу та зниження експлуатаційних витрат. Отримані результати підтверджують доцільність упровадження запропонованих технічних рішень у практику вагоноремонтних підприємств.

EN: The purpose of the master’s thesis is to improve the serviceability of freight cars. To achieve this goal, the following objectives are addressed in the study: analysis of the existing technological process of freight car maintenance and repair; investigation of the structural design of a freight car bogie; performance of technical and economic calculations to assess the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. Object of the study is the operating process of a freight car bogie. Subject of the study is the structural design of a freight car bogie. The master’s thesis analyzes existing technological processes for freight car maintenance and repair, investigates the structural design of the 18-100 freight car bogie, and identifies the main factors affecting its reliability during operation. A technical and economic justification of the proposed measures aimed at increasing the overhaul interval and reducing operating costs is carried out. The obtained results confirm the feasibility of implementing the proposed technical solutions in the practice of freight car maintenance and repair enterprises.
