Нормативна база для призначення ремонтів колії на залізницях України

Abstract

UA: У статті надається аналіз діючих нормативних документів стосовно критеріїв призначення ремонтно-колійних робіт на залізницях України (а саме для модернізації верхньої будови колії, посиленого капітального та капітального ремонту колії, посиленого середнього та середнього ремонту колії, комплексно-оздоровчого ремонту колії та машинізованої виправки колії), визначено основний об’єкт, що підлягає управлінню під час ремонту (рейко-шпальна решітка, баластна призма, підшпальна основа) та показники, які характеризують технічний стан колії напередодні ремонту, а також було визначено напрям подальших досліджень з встановлення чисельних значень критеріїв для ремонту колії.

EN: The article provides an analysis of the existing normative documents concerning the criteria for the appointment of repair and track works on the railways of Ukraine, namely, for the modernization of the upper structure of the track, increased capital and major repairs of the track, increased average and average repair of the track, comprehensive repair of the track and machined rail correction. The basic object, which is to be managed during repair of a rail-board lattice, a ballast prism, a floor underlayer, is determined. Indicators characterizing the technical condition of the track prior to the repair were determined, as well as the direction of further research on the establishment of numerical values of the criteria for repairing the track were determined.
