Адаптивні інструменти та механізми забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств в умовах розвитку зеленої економіки

Abstract

UA: З’ясовано, що глобальна екологічна трансформація поставила перед підприємствами нові виклики, пов’язані з необхідністю врахування принципів сталого розвитку та зеленої економіки у їхній діяльності. Акцентовано увагу, що процес екологізації поступово виходить за межі корпоративної соціальної відповідальності та набуває статусу стратегічного чинника виживання і довгострокового розвитку підприємств. Доведено, що в умовах зростаючої нестабільності економічне зростання України значною мірою визначається здатністю керівників підприємств формувати ефективні системи управління, які забезпечують стійкість та адаптивність бізнесу. Відзначено, що в умовах переходу до зеленої економіки та активного поширення процесів екологізації перспективним підходом є еко-інноваційне адаптивне управління підприємством, яке поєднує гнучкість, інноваційність, цифровізацію та екологічну відповідальність. Сформовано технологічний базис та інструментарій підтримки впровадження еко-інноваційного адаптивного управління як підґрунтя забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємств у довгостроковій перспективі.

EN: It was found that the global ecological transformation has posed new challenges for enterprises in terms of taking into account the principles of sustainable development and the “green economy” in their activities. It was established that greening ceases to be just a manifestation of corporate social responsibility and turns into a strategic factor for the survival and development of enterprises. The manifestations of instability of the business environment are considered, the aggravation of which began with the global financial crisis. It was found that the deepening integration of Ukraine into the world economy increased the dependence of its balance of payments and national currency on external factors, and the war only complicated the situation, causing significant budget losses due to a decrease in revenues from taxes, excises and customs duties. It is proved that in such conditions, the economic growth of Ukraine largely depends on the ability of enterprise managers to create effective management systems capable of ensuring stability and survival in the difficult conditions of an unstable business environment. It is substantiated that the relevance of the implementation of adaptive management is determined by the need to create effective methods and approaches to managing enterprises operating in an environment of dynamic changes in external and internal factors, the complexity and multifacetedness of production processes, as well as the interaction of formalized and informal goals and criteria. It is proven that, given the transition to a green economy and the active spread of greening processes, eco-innovative adaptive enterprise management, which combines flexibility, innovation, digitalization and environmental responsibility, is promising. A technological basis and tools to support the implementation of eco-innovative adaptive enterprise management as the basis for ensuring its competitiveness in the long term have been formed. It is emphasized that the implementation in practice of such eco-innovative adaptive enterprise management is a modern management paradigm that allows a company to be competitive, technologically and environmentally responsible at the same time, combining flexibility, innovation, digital technologies and a green economy, creating the basis for sustainable development.
