Дослідження екологічних тригерів розвитку інноваційно-індустріального партнерства бізнес-суб’єктів

Abstract

UA: Проаналізовано екологічні та кліматичні виклики, характерні для сучасного середовища функціонування бізнес-суб’єктів. Встановлено, що загострення глобальних кліматичних змін, зростання промислових викидів, накопичення відходів та виснаження ресурсів формують передумови трансформації бізнес-моделей і виступають екологічними тригерами розвитку інноваційно-індустріальних партнерств. Останні систематизовано за такими групами, як кліматично-екологічні, еколого-економічні, регуляторно-екологічні, циркулярно-ресурсні та екологотехнологічні тригери. З’ясовано, що кліматично-екологічні фактори стимулюють консолідацію підприємств для створення технологічних рішень, спрямованих на зниження антропогенного навантаження та адаптацію до змін клімату, екологоекономічні виступають стимулами інтеграції ресурсів та компетенцій підприємств з метою зниження економічних збитків від екологічної деградації, регуляторноекологічні – факторами партнерської взаємодії підприємств, пов’язаними з посиленням екологічного регулювання та стандартів, циркулярно-ресурсні – драйверами формування мережевих виробничих взаємодій у межах циркулярної економіки, еколого-технологічні – імпульсами до інтеграції науково-технологічного та виробничого потенціалу для впровадження екологічних інновацій. Доведено, що сучасні екологічні виклики не лише формують умови трансформації індустріального розвитку, а й активізують співпрацю, спрямовану на спільне створення екологічно ефективних технологічних рішень.

EN: The current environmental and climate challenges affecting the activities of business entities are analyzed. It is established that the exacerbation of global climate change, the growth of industrial emissions, the accumulation of waste and resource depletion create not only conditions for the transformation of business models, but also form active environmental triggers that stimulate the development of innovative and industrial partnerships. The classification of the latter into such groups as climate-ecological, ecological-economic, regulatory-ecological, circular-resource and ecological-technological triggers is revealed. It is determined that climate-ecological factors act as catalysts for the consolidation of the efforts of enterprises to develop technological solutions aimed at reducing the anthropogenic load on the environment and adapting to climate change. It is found that environmental and economic challenges transform environmental risks into economic incentives, encouraging companies to partner and jointly implement innovative solutions that minimize losses from environmental degradation. It is established that increasing regulatory pressure, international standards and decarbonization policies act as a driver of inter-firm cooperation, as companies are forced to pool resources to meet new requirements and implement clean technologies. It is proven that the need for circular production models and the development of industrial symbiosis creates an incentive for networked production interactions, where the waste of some enterprises becomes a resource base for others, increasing the efficiency of the use of material resources. It is substantiated that the growing role of environmentally friendly technologies, such as green energy, resource-efficient solutions and digital tools, creates impulses for the integration of scientific, technological and production potential of enterprises, which ensures the joint development and implementation of innovative solutions that simultaneously increase competitiveness and minimize the negative impact on the environment. It has been proven that modern environmental challenges not only form the prerequisites for the transformation of industrial development, but also act as triggers for the activation of inter-firm cooperation, stimulating the formation of innovative and industrial partnerships focused on the joint creation of environmentally effective technological solutions.
