| Abstract: | Multivariate studies of passenger transportation business processes in recent years have shown the need to develop new areas of passenger logistics and marketing. Particular attention should be paid to the performance of passenger traffic in 2020. During this period, the borders of states with an unfavorable epidemiological situation were closed. Belarus is no exception. A dilemma was formed: to close the passenger service or find new options for its implementation. |
