Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено стратегію розвитку АТ «Укрзалізниця», визначено ключові напрямки розвитку. В основі розвитку та модернізації АТ «Укрзалізниця» лежить стратегічно орієнтована ефективна інноваційна діяльність. Визначено, що нововведення повинні бути направлені на зростання кількості задоволених споживачів. Досліджено існуючі форми трансформації. Визначено основні напрямки інноваційної трансформації АТ «Укрзалізниця». RU: В статье исследована стратегия развития АО «Укрзализныця», определены ключевые направления развития. В основе развития и модернизации АО «Укрзализныця» лежит стратегически ориентирована эффективная инновационная деятельность. Определено, что нововведения должны быть направлены на рост числа довольных потребителей. Исследованы существующие формы трансформации. Определены основные направления инновационной трансформации АО «Укрзализныця». EN: The article explores the development strategy of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsya" and identifies key areas of development. The basis of development and modernization of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC is a strategically oriented effective innovation activity. It is determined that innovations should be aimed at increasing the number of satisfied consumers. Existing forms of transformation are investigated. It is proposed to begin the innovative transformation at JSC “Ukrzaliznytsya” with the awareness of the need for change. At the initial stage of work with innovations it is impossible to do without overall coordination of the process, project management, methodological support, interaction with innovative subsystems and a separate budget for the experimental solution of issues. This task should be handled by an independent unit that reports to the highest ranking company official. The main directions in which it is expedient to carry out innovative transformation are the following: introduction of high-speed traffic, which require new materials and technologies, including updating on a new technological basis of a common fleet of freight and passenger cars, locomotives and railway infrastructure; creation of a system of management of transport process and transport logistics; implementation of door-to-door and exactly-on-time cargo delivery technology based on the provision of commercial transport services, integration with other modes of transport and logistical management principles; improving the efficiency of the transport process through the introduction of information and management technologies; integration into the world transport complex on the principles of logistics management; simplification of procedures of registration of documents and calculations; creation of intelligent rail transport.
