Адаптивне управління потенціалом економічного зростання високотехнологічних підприємств в умовах динамічного середовища

Abstract

UA: Ґрунтуючись на результатах дослідження глобальних та національних дисбалансів функціонування українських підприємств, у т. ч. високотехнологічного сектору, обґрунтовано необхідність трансформації традиційних підходів до управління розвитком у напрямі формування адаптивної парадигми управління потенціалом економічного зростання. Аргументовано, що домінування реактивних моделей управління втрачає свою ефективність у контексті прискорення цифрових змін, динамічності та зростаючої невизначеності зовнішнього середовища, що актуалізує впровадження проактивних, гнучких та ітераційних механізмів прийняття управлінських рішень. Запропоновано підхід до адаптивного управління потенціалом економічного зростання високотехнологічних підприємств, інструментарій якого структуровано за аналітикодіагностичним, стратегічно-планувальним, інноваційно-інвестиційним, ризикорієнтованим та моніторингово-коригувальним контурами. Доведено, що така структуризація забезпечує цілісну інтеграцію процесів формування, оцінювання та реалізації потенціалу розвитку на засадах безперервності, узгодженості та динамічної адаптивності.

EN: Based on the study of global and national imbalances in the functioning of Ukrainian enterprises, including the high-tech sector, the feasibility of transitioning to an adaptive paradigm for managing the economic growth potential of high-tech enterprises has been substantiated, as it corresponds to the current conditions of a dynamic and digitalized environment. It has been demonstrated that traditional approaches to enterprise development management are losing their effectiveness in the context of increasing complexity and the accelerating pace of change, which necessitates the implementation of flexible, proactive, and iterative management mechanisms. An approach to adaptive management of economic growth potential has been proposed, structured around analytical-diagnostic, strategic-planning, innovation-investment, risk-oriented, and monitoring-corrective domains, which ensures the systemic integration of processes for the formation, evaluation, and realization of enterprise potential. It has been established that the instrumental support of adaptive management should be considered as a dynamic, cyclical, data-driven system that integrates tools of agile strategic management, open innovation generation, experimental selection of solutions, and scaling through business model transformation. The instrumental support of adaptive management of economic growth potential should be considered as an integrated, dynamically cyclical system within which the continuous transformation of a firm’s resource, innovation, and risk potentials into strategic development opportunities is ensured. Such a system operates as a closed adaptive loop that integrates tools of agile strategic management (adaptive strategy, rolling planning, OKR-based goal setting), mechanisms of open innovation generation (open innovation, technology scouting, participation in innovation ecosystems), experimentally oriented approaches to their selection (lean startup, MVP), as well as scaling instruments through business model transformation (business model innovation, corporate venture capital). Within this loop, the results of continuous monitoring and analytics, generated on the basis of a datadriven approach, serve not only as a foundation for adjusting strategic decisions but also as a trigger for the continuous renewal of the enterprise’s innovation portfolio. This ensures a transition from a linear management logic to an iterative model, in which the formation, testing, and scaling of innovations occur simultaneously with the revision of strategic priorities. In turn, this enables the enterprise not only to adapt to changes in the external environment but also to proactively shape its own trajectories of economic growth. It is argued that this approach serves as a conceptual foundation for the development of effective management systems for high-tech enterprises, aimed at enhancing their adaptability, innovative capacity, and competitiveness.
