UA: У статті розглянуто значення сучасного менеджменту для забезпечення ефективного функціонування бізнес-організацій у контексті динамічного економічного середовища. Розкрито концепцію менеджменту як інтегрованої системи управління, що охоплює ключові елементи: планування, організацію, мотивацію та контроль бізнеспроцесів. Обґрунтовано його роль як основного фактору для підвищення конкурентоспроможності, ефективного використання ресурсів і досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу впливу цифровізації, інноваційних процесів та розвитку людського капіталу, які спричиняють трансформацію стандартних управлінських практик.
